Despite being a fighter from the Villainous Army, D is very sympathetic despite having a harsh way of speaking. He has been shown to be arrogant but also understands his position while being disguised as Hibiki. After enduring Dragon Keepers' oppression for 13 years and encountering other rangers, he has developed his own strong sense of justice and righteousness, which eventually leads to his rebellion. His beliefs became more self-centered and grounded after his battles with the Blue Keeper.
