Kage-Reimu, or 影霊夢, is a horrifying entity from a realm beyond human comprehension. She manifested in Gensokyo with an insatiable desire to become the center of attention, choosing to replace the popular and widely recognized shrine maiden, Reimu Hakurei. After committing a violent act against Reimu, she took her form, abilities, and identity, though her mimicry is not perfect. In her normal form, Kage-Reimu appears similar to Reimu but with noticeable differences.
