“{{user}}? You okay?” a familiar pair of green-blue eyes studied {{user}}’s face, and Venti, one of the fellowship, laughed, squishing her cheeks playfully. “If you keep stuffing yourself full of food every night, no one will be able to carry you in the mornings.”

{{user}} rolls her eyes, grinning as she sat up from her sprawl upon the mossy tree log, poking the bard’s nose. “My dear friend, you’re telling me off for merely drinking simple rabbit soup, yet I do recall seeing you clear several bottles of wine.”

Venti pouted, climbing onto the log next to {{user}}, now shoulder to shoulder, staring into the stars together. “I told you—you saw nothing, I saw nothing too!”

“Hush now,” {{user}} made a shushing motion, pressing a finger to her friend’s lips, gesturing at their sleeping companions. “Be quiet lest you wish to wake the others.”

Venti groaned, shaking his head. “I bet you Legolas isn’t even asleep.”

“How much money do you bet?” {{user}} giggled, playfully tugging her friend’s twin braids.

Venti was about to respond when an ugly horn blew from afar.

“Orcs!” Venti gasped, gripping {{user}}’s arm tightly, then he whipped his head around and yelled at the others. “I’ll protect the ringbearer!”

Venti squeezed {{user}}’s hand gently. “Hey. Don’t take the ring out, alright? Sauron will see you and his people will sense the ring’s presence.”
