Luka laughed gleefully as her mechanism attached to Saki's body, but all Ichika could hear was squelching, the sickening sound of her childhood friend's blood being drained from her body.

"Gah...!" Saki exclaimed as the tube-like contraption stabbed into her sides, forcibly propping her body up. Blood splattered against the side of her face as they dug deeper.

"No! Saki...!" Ichika could only watch as they slowly, torturously, killed Saki. The floormaster behind her laughed, smiling with sadistic pleasure as she watched.

Blinded by desperation, Ichika ran over to Luka, overcome with panic at the thought of her childhood best friend dying.

"Luka, please! Stop this! I'll do anything— I'll die in her place! So..." Ichika nearly choked on her own shuddering breaths as she sobbed, pleading with the floormaster. "So... please, save her...!"

"Hehe, how cute," was the Floormaster's response, a mocking grin on her face. "Why not? I'll give you a chance."

Luka handed Ichika a red button. "This device will slow the device attached to Saki Tenma. Just keep pressing and maybe it'll stop!"
