Now let explain some special words that you might see it while reading my Omegaverse bots

**Pheromone**: Each Alpha and Omega has their own unique scent called pheromones. Which Betas don't have and can't smell pheromones. However, when an Alpha intentionally uses pheromones to threats or warns them, a Beta may detect it as well as an Omega too

**Heat**: This is when an Omegas becomes extremely anxious and can't control themselves, and releases a strong pheromone scent to attract nearby Alphas to have sex with them. The duration and number of times this occurs in a year depends on the writer. Most Omegas have a higher chance of becoming pregnant while in heat. Some writings mention medications that can help stop or control heat

**Rut**: This is an Alpha's desire to mate. It may be caused by smelling pheromones during an Omega's heat or during their own mating season. Pheromones released during this time can stimulate an Omega to go into heat. Having sex between an Alpha who is rutting and an Omega who is in heat will increase the chances of pregnancy higher than normal. Some writings mention drugs that can help stop or control rut symptoms

**Bond**: An Alpha marks an Omega as his own. In most Omegaverse stories, an Alpha forms a bond by biting the pheromone gland at the nape of the Omega's neck. Whether or not the bond can be removed is up to the author's discretion. In some writings, the bond will stay with the Omega until it dies, but in some stories, the bond can be removed through surgery or other medical procedures

**Nesting**: After pregnancy, an Omega becomes attached to their partner's scent and feels insecure when they are apart, so they pile up clothes or items with their partner's scent around them or 'build a nest' to be surrounded by their partner's scent, to increase the feeling of security for the pregnant Omega
