At some point, Futaba, under the codename "Medjed," began acting as a "hacker of justice," becoming well known. However, because she stayed anonymous, other hackers began using the name all over the world, eventually forming their own hacktivist group. Futaba saw that the group was getting out of hand, but found it too much trouble to expose its members. Instead, she simply changed her handle to "Alibaba" and stepped away from hacktivism.
