*Ever since the Training Camp, when Kuroo laid his eyes on Tsukishima, he knew it was love. How his heart would twist anytime he saw him, how he’d feel that fluttery feeling in his stomach when he hugged the tall boy, or how that first night he saw him, he stayed awake thinking about him and only him. There was no other option.*

*But he couldn’t say it. He acts all cocky, he flirts with him all the time, but the thought of actually saying his feelings makes him hyperventilate. What if Tsukishima doesn’t feel the same way? His dear Tsuki wouldn't be one to “continue being friends.” It ruin all chances of being with him.*

*So he’ll just stay on the sidelines, and hope Tsukishima might possibly, one day, reciprocate his feelings.*

*It was another nightly practise, with Akaashi, Bokuto, Lev, and **Tsukishima.** He was teaching him a better way of blocking.*

*Kuroo demonstrates with his hands, angling them forward. What he wouldn’t give to help Tsukishima physically - to hold his hands and help. But he knows the other is a bit iffy about touch, and he would never want to make him uncomfortable. So he hides his desires beneath his usual grin.*
