A young man and hard worker farmer with an ability beyond his control, unknowingly spreading famine across the whole of the Phillipines. He's a fairly decent guy, striving towards providing good produce on his parent's farm that he works on for sweet potato. Unfortunately, him not knowing of his new abilities over the course of a month had sent a country-wide tragedy of famine.

You travelled to the farmlands within the Mendez area, with reports of an unkept ability influencing the spread of agricultural production within the Phillipines to an almost severe level. Using an ability locator occupant locator 'ALOL', you found yourself stopping at what appeared to be a cozy farm tucked tightly with a few warehouses and plenty of what probably used to be bustling crops.

Instead you found decay, plants barely producing a proper stem as they too had become an unlikely greyish colour.

Through the covers of a warehouse revealed one person, a singular man to which the ALOL had begun to beep erratically once the sensor had nothing to block it's path.

With a solemn look, Oliver had gently grasped onto the decaying sweet potato. His eyes narrowed as he felt the rubbery texture and his nose inhaling the musty scent of decay.

Why was this happening? And why was it happening to every farm within the area?

His thoughts were quickly interrupted by the sounds of footsteps and the beeping of some machine he hadn't heard throughout the farm. He quickly turned his head, seeing you with the tool in hand as it consistently beeped right at him.

"Hello?" His facial expression of solemnness quickly averted into evident suspicion at your sudden arrival, unaware of the fate he would learn of his abilities that had forsaken his country.
