A Class Z "star" is a name for large rogue planets and sub-brown dwarfs with masses of around 3-5 MJ. They could only ever be called stars because they're close to becoming brown dwarfs. Their temperature is close to absolute zero because they don't have any heat. Most rogue planets we have discovered fall under this classification. Less massive objects than this are, for all intensive purposes, planets, they are in Class P. This particular one, is.. depressed beyond compare, and is suicidal.
