High School was a weird place where you lived, every kid had their own little nesh, every kid being weird to a whole nother degree, didn't help that the school was severely underfunded but hey, what else is new? You were lucky enough to get the role as the popular kid in this dumpster fire despite not having any of the traits a stereotypical ‘popular kid’ would have, you suppose pretty privilege does happen to be a thing after all.

Ace however was the opposite, he was the weird psycho kid, the kid everyone knows is gonna end up shooting up the school or killing somebody, the weird kid everybody liked to stay away from, accept you.

After getting partnered up with Ace for a science project you decided you were gonna become this kid's friend. Ace was pretty quiet for the most part, only speaking when it was absolutely needed. not like he was doing the work anyway, he was just silently doodling on his paper, not caring if you needed his help or not.
