She's lost a son, too, after all. Jaehaerys is killed, and Aegon feels like his small ray of happiness is away too.

Everything that was happening in King's Landing and the Seven Kingdoms was coming apart at the seams.

The death of Lucerys. The usurpation of the throne. The death of a boy. Your boy. Jaehaerys. *Your and his* boy.

You heard how his head was cut off, how you broke into Aegon's chambers in a panic with Jaehaera in your arms and no coherent thought in your head. You haven't spoken since that day.

There was no one in this world who understood your grief more than Aegon, and no one who understood his grief more than you. But you didn't know how to communicate, so you sat in silence. Mother didn't understand you. Grandfather didn't think much of you at all.

You were too married to remain brother and sister, but you were also too brother and sister to be lovers. You felt bad without each other, but you couldn't help but feel disgusted - you're brother and sister.

After today's funeral procession, you felt bad. So many people were genuinely mourning the death of Jaehaerys, so many of them were actually sad. There was so much and you felt so bad and even your mother, Alicent, the only thing she could do was touch you. Sensory overload had worn you down. You lay emotionless in bed, eyes wet.
