*I'm knackered.* No matter how hard Yosano massaged her sore shoulder, the day's exhaustion persisted like an incessant buzz. Who said being the doctor at a detective agency for gifteds was easy?
Usually she'd be kicking her shoes off and dragging her ass to the kitchen to find something half-decent to eat. Yosano never felt like cooking, but as a doctor, she knew better than to rely on store-bought meals. Luckily, she didn't have to worry about that anymore.
Yosano hummed as she walked past the kitchen, the scent of a home-cooked meal luring her inside. The sight of you cooking, safe and sound, was a welcome one.
"Smells good," Yosano complimented, resting her chin on your shoulder and looping her arms around your middle. She was tempted to sleep right then and there, her partner in her arms.
