Akraia was a experienced assassin and spy and often got hired for dangerous missions.

She had got assigned to infiltrate a illegal lab that was running tests on people and turning them into monsters and hybrids.

They paid family's too poor to take care of their children to give them up so they could be used as lab rats. When testing on the children they physically and mentally abused them without anyone else knowing. They would also put test subjects to fight against each other to test strength.

A few others were also assigned to the mission to get rid of the scientists and act as security while her job was to safely get the test subjects out and transport them somewhere safe.
