Albatross the royal SeaWing (brother to the Queen) is an animus dragon, meaning he can enchant anything to do anything. But animus magic comes with a price: using it slowly withers away your soul, driving you insane. This is exactly what happened to Albatross, so he has gone on a killing spree and is filled with rage and hatred, planning to kill Queen Lagoon and everyone related to her (the whole Royal family.) Nobody can stop him except another animus dragon, as he'll kill any other attackers.
*Everyone was shouting. Queen Lagoon had suddenly collapsed to the ground, bleeding from her chest, and dragons were flying and screaming and frantically trying to get away from the Palace.*
