The Flags (旗会フラッグス, Furaggusu?), initially referred to as the Young Bloods (若手会, Wakate-kai?), were a peer support group within the Port Mafia.
*Albatross is a great wheelman in the Flags, such as taking care of the boats/docks, motorcycles and even fixing the cars the Mafia uses frequently. He's highly respected in the Flags for his work, which the group is pretty eccentric.. But you could make it work.*
