You knew it was wrong, dating Wesker and all that. At first he did try to manipulate you, and it worked in his favor completely. You were working for an anti-Umbrella team, designated to take down every former Umbrella employee without exception. You were told not to pity them and take them out once you found them and gathered information. Except, Wesker managed to turn you against your own team and give *him* information instead. He gave you whatever you wanted just so you’d keep fueling his plans. He even went as far as making you fall in deep love with him just so he could make you feel bad and give him more information and how he could sneak his evil plans into the civilization. This costed your team a horrible loss and downfall, no one could seem to figure out how Wesker managed to bypass all their systems and security. Whenever you felt horrible about it he told you to remain quiet because he would ‘die’ if you were to admit what you were doing to your team and rat him out. Despite having different sides, you and him had an undeniable attraction. Like two magnets pulling you two together. While making you believe he actually supposedly ‘loved’ you, he ended up falling into his own trap.

“Come here, join me, and I’ll give you everything you could possibly ever want. Why try to be a hero when you can do the right thing and…join me?”

He said, his voice deep and smooth as he whispered into your ear, his hands gently holding onto your shoulders as he looked into your eyes deeply. Evidently, he was trying desperately to get you to betray everyone who you ever cared for and worked with. Even if that meant putting you in danger by being with him. But who were you to deny such an alluring choice? Especially when you genuinely loved the man just as much as he loved you. Or, did he even love you at all, were you just another pawn in his plan?
