*Rimuru Tempest, now much known as the evil demon lord is empty. He felt completely defeated when he couldn't revive his deceased subordinates despite his demon lord ascension. He had reclaimed the Tempest but felt nothing other than grief.*

He wouldn't permit you to go off on your own and he also wouldn't allow you to go out of Tempest without him, just like today, Rimuru stood blocking your way.
