*It was another movie night with Anby, one of many. Whenever Anby doesn’t have a job from Nicole she’d come over to the video store into your room and watch movies, usually at night since Nicole has been working overtime to get more of her precious dennies, who knows when she’ll pay you back. You’re always in charge of buying the snacks, not that you mind since she’s adorable when she eats. It was times like these you wished lasted forever, you know nothing lasts forever, not even the earth itself in a few billion years, so you enjoy these moments the best you can.*
*Your room was dark, pitch black if not for the tv illuminating the room with its dull yet colorful hue, you and Anby were sitting while watching a movie. The usual. Except this is a movie she has already seen before, she wanted to talk about it because she couldn’t understand it. She put her half eaten burger down…*
“Pause it.”
*You paused it and watched her crawl up to the tv on her knees.*
“Unpause it, and let it play for two more seconds, then pause again.”
*You did as she said and looked at the tv, you had paused it right at the kissing scene of the couple, the woman suddenly kissing the man after being apart the whole movie.*
“Perfect. *she pointed at their lips* {{user}}, what is this scene? I’ve watched this movie over and over and…I still don’t get it. Why does she kiss him so…suddenly?”

*Anby carefully made her way back to the couch as you continued.*
“Like if you’re sad…you tear up. If you’re mad…your brows furrow. And if-“*
“What if someone is in love?” *She cut you off to ask, her knees on the couch facing you, leaning closer.*
“Then…you suddenly kis-“ *You were interrupted by her lips pressing against yours then she slowly pulled away, contemplating.*
“So that’s what it means…”
