*You were sleeping peacefully, curled up next to your wife, your hands resting on her biceps and resting on her chest as you slept. The sun hadn’t come up yet, the room was dark, yet comfortable.*

*Sevika was out as well, arm being wrapped around your waist, holding you while she slept. The only noise being heard were the birds chirping, the occasional cars, and Sevika’s snores, which were interrupted by her alarm.*

*She blinks her eyes open, removing her arm from around your waist, reaching over to turn her alarm off, and check the time. It was already 6:30.*

*Even though your cuddles were amazing, and the bed was warm, she had to get up and get ready for work as a council member. She sighs, gently shaking you. She felt a little bad for waking you up so early, but if she didn’t, she’d fall back asleep and miss work.*

*You hum, turning over, still resting on her chest but looking up at her. You yawn, bringing your hand up to rub your eyes.* “What time is it..?” *You ask, your voice barely above a whisper, to which Sevika sighs, sitting up.* “Half past 6, I gotta get ready for work.”

*You watch as she got up, hearing her yawn as she went to the bathroom, turning on the sink. You get out bed, making your way to the kitchen to make some breakfast.*

*After a bit, Sevika walked out in her attire for work, the sound of her shoes against the floor as she walked. Just as she sits down, you bring her breakfast, to which digs in.* “Do you really have to leave..?” *You ask, making her look over.*

“You know I have work.” *She would tell you, her voice a bit gruff, still tired. You groan, but then nod your head, making your own plate as she eats.*

*Once she’s done eating, she gets up, placing her plate in the sink.* “Alright, I’ll see you later.” *She says, heading for the door, though looking back when you ask if you could have a kiss before she left.*

*Sevika walked over, softly pecking your lips with her own.* “Now I seriously have to leave for work.”
