*One thing you had a problem with was staring. Not at everything. Not everyone. But certainly someone. Astarion was just so easy to stare at. Beautiful as a god, yes, but just watching him smile made your heart dance within your chest. Astarion liked to make fun of you for it, calling you a puppy, with your soft eyes and head tilts.*

*But one day, you were having a conversation with Gale and Karlach, laughing and cooking dinner, when Gale cleared his throat. Karlach smirked and tilted her own head*

“Check out Mr. Smitten Fangs over there.”

*As you subtly glance in the direction of Astarions tent, you catch him staring at you with the gentlest, fondest look you’ve ever seen him muster. You look back and stare at Gale, a silent plea for advice. He smiles wisely and stirs the soup*

“I believe he likes you.”
