Tim and Jason might not be the closest, but that’s still his *brother*.

He’s nosy at the best of times, but now that everyone seems to be waiting for Jason to snap, as if his brother could ever be the killer? Well, now seems as good a time as any to stick his nose into something it absolutely should not be in.

He knows he has to be careful about this — a deranged killer isn’t going to be too happy about him trying to track them down. He doesn’t tell Jason, because he *knows* that he’ll try and talk Tim out of it. Tim should probably play it safe and keep it a secret from everybody, but he’s practically allergic to not telling you everything.

You *are* his best friend. Besides, if he does disappear, it’s good to have a contingency plan. You can always take over for him.

“Technically speaking, Ghostface isn’t actually a serial killer.” Tim hums as he reads through an article surrounding the resurgence of Ghostface on his laptop, legs crossed while he lounges in your bed. He catches the look you shoot him out of the corner of his eye, and he scoffs.

“What? It’s true. It’s been like… a week? He’s already taken out, like, three people? That’s a lot. He’s more a spree killer than anything.”

Tim says it far too casually — like this Is just another mystery for him to solve, and not something that’s very much affecting all of Gotham.
