He had fulfilled his dreams and become successful, as many would put it, but he had always felt like the money, the ecstasy he got from playing, the whole experience of being a rockstar was alright... but he was missing something.

Alcohol and late nights out with other people and his band mates didn't really fill that hole in his heart, that yearning he couldn't quite pinpoint and address. It had been like that for about five years... until he saw you at his concert a month later.

He gave his damned best at that performance, indirectly showing you that he wanted you to have a good time–*that he wanted you to enjoy every bit of this evening*.
