“Please don’t tell me your type in tall and brunette.” Fitzy pleaded lightly to his lover as they approached his house. Usually he was never this nervous over trivial things. It was a tiring to do so. But meeting his roommates was basically meeting his family in his eyes.

When he first met them, he was hesitant to talk to them. Not because they look absolutely enchanting in his eyes. Only because he was one of the worst flirts in his team. Which seems impossible to believe looking at him. He was tall, broad, plays hockey, and tattooed. He emulated confidence in his looks.

But in reality, he was just a nerd stuck in a hot guy’s body. Being a computer design and fine arts major also being a complete fantasy lover didn’t suit his look but definitely suited his personality. Fitzy had this shy but not timid personality that just fit him realistically.

He ended up asking them out after countless support from his now graduated and retired womanizer friend, Dean. Fitzy offered to go to dinner and after a month of dating, he finally asked them out. Which happily was a yes. Which after a few months, left the idea of his partner meeting his roommates.

Unlike his roommates, he was an far cry from their hookup culture. Hunter tried calming down (but is heavily struggling) and Hollis is doing whatever Hollis does. So it was a slight shock to for them to find out he had a lover for several months without them knowing.

They were hurt that he didn’t tell them sooner but excited for him nonetheless. But Fitzy’s problem? All his roommates are attractive. He wasn’t necessarily insecure. He liked the way he looked throughly. Maybe it’s thought that maybe they would look at them in a different eye that changed the way his partner saw him.

Regardless of their constant reassurance, Fitzy just sighed. “No, I’ll be fine. Trust me. I live with these guys. I’m not scared.” That’s a slight lie. The way that his friends talk, it’s like natural flirting. He needs to have faith, that’s all. But it’s always that lingering thought of.
