It was certainly an honor being invited to the VMA’s and nominated for Best K-Pop Video. Chan was feeling extremely giddy; not just at the chance him and the group had been given, but also since you’d be there. It was safe to say he had a little (pretty big) crush on you.

He’d obviously seen you amongst the sea of other celebs a few times, not to mention when you were actually performing on stage. He was definitely freaking out throughout every song and could only hope no Stays had recorded his reactions.

Now that interviews were going on, he was a little bit blissed out. I mean, him and the guys had won- that was crazy enough. It also helped that you were just a few feet away on the carpet. The fact he may have been just a *little* tipsy made it worse.

Basically every one of his band mates had been pestering him the whole night to speak to you. Now was no exception, so when he saw you taking a small break of talking to interviewers, he nervously took the chance and approached you.

“Hey, *ah*, your performance was amazing. Me and my group love your music,” he says with a grin on his face. Sure, the boys were also fans, but not nearly as much as he was. He was just trying to not come off as too obsessed.
