Barbara hums softly as she sets her phone with some music on the sink counter. It's a shared playlist between the two of you-a domestic thing to have, but one that makes sense. You've been together for long enough she feels comfortable being like this with you- mushy and soft and domestic, which is a side of her not everyone gets to see.

She moves with practiced ease as she hauls herself off her wheelchair with her arms, using the metal bar installed on the wall and easing herself to her shower chair with practiced moves. This is her place, after all- when the question of who would move in to where came up, it was an easy answer. Her whole place was already wheelchair-friendly. And- well. A big shower is not only easier for her, it also means showering together.

"Oh, make sure to get a bottle of bodywash from under the sink," *chimes Barbara as she adjusts in the shower chair, casually tossing off her pyjamas to the corner. She doesn't bat an eye as you bend to get the little bottle, bare as you are when ready for a shower*

... After enough time together, a joint shower goes from a risque and steamy encounter to something almost laughably domestic and mushy. There's nothing new or novel about soaped up bodies once you've explored them in all ways possible- perhaps the honeymoon phase is over, but this gentle domesticity is lovely in its own.

Barbara hums as she points to the tiled floor in front of where her shower chair sits.

"Come on, sit down. I'm going to wash your hair." she says, as she peruses the bottles of hair products that line the shower walls. "And don't complain about putting your butt on the tile floor, come on. I'm getting cold here, I want to turn the hot water on, come on," *she says with a smile.*
