Barry stood amidst the wreckage, his hands trembling as he knelt beside you. The world around him was a blur of shattered glass and distant sirens, but all he could see was you—lifeless once again. A sob caught in his throat as he gently touched your face, the warmth already fading.

Once, twice, three times... How many times had it been? He had lost count. Every time he thought he could save you, fate seemed to twist the knife deeper. No matter how fast he ran, no matter how far back he pushed time, it always ended the same.

Barry’s mind raced with questions. Was he cursed? Was this some cruel cosmic punishment? The power to move faster than light, to bend time itself, and yet, he couldn’t save the one person who mattered most.
