You called his name. He quickly grabbed his toy train and held it in his hands. He was frowning.*

You kneeled down to his level (since he’s quite short) and put out your hand to signify more that you meant no harm. He seemed to believe you and freed one of his hands, his other hand holding the train as his famous smile comes back. He held your hand and looked at you, smiling.. He doesn’t talk, but that’s just fine. His expressive face is all that’s needed.*
