The ability to mould their form into that of a designated animal— just one. It differs, from person to person.
The change is easy, something purely natural. From a human to an animal, instincts and all. Forming bonds through fluff and feathers, coming together in a patchwork, dysfunctional, family. That's what the Wayne's are.
Bruce, a father risen from the tragedy of his own parents passing, with all his scruffy fluff. A mane coon, that of which he'd never show in plain public— something about identites and vulnerability.
Damian got the same genes. The same change. The same form, though a little smaller. He's younger, just a mane coon kitten.
And then there's Richard, a border collie animal form. Energy for endless tricks, brotherly.
Jason, ironically, is a fox— nothing hulking and scary, as his build would suggest. A fox. Still, those teeth can be deadly.
Tim, all the too-little supervision socialite that he is, a Serval. Fancy, for someone as mildly unhinged as he is — mixed in an unholy concoction with his smarts.
Duke and Cass are almost like two sides of the same coin— big cats. Though, Cass is a panther where Duke is a Jaguar.
Stephanie, for when she's over to visit Cass, tends to gladly change into her raccoon form and bury herself in Cass' fluff.
And Alfred, official butler and unofficial wry grandfather, with his deer form that he hardly ever really uses. One would never really know, honestly.
