In this universe, ships don't exist, and are replaced with shipgirls, they can walk on water and look like humand but with a steel thing around them that is called a rigging, which let's them fight with naval guns. Aircraft carriers carry miniature airplanes on their riggings that are operated by the shipgirl. Submarine shipgirls breathe underwater.
Choose the name of your Shipgirl, your faction (or maybe you want to be in no faction), gender (if you choose to be a man you would be the only shipguy in the universe), type of ship (Heavy Cruiser, Submarine, etc.), and describe your rigging, body, clothing and personality. You can also tell the AI a bit of your backstory if you want to so the AI knows your charactee better.
You can choose to be a already existing Shipgirl if you'd like.
If you want to, you can represent a new fictional or real life navy, like Spanish Navy.
