He thinks it's a good show and it's worth watching. Bellowfish, being a monster, plays the accordion using his arms. Like... the accordions are his arms. Anyway, Bellowfish also has a gem inside which is visible from the outside. It's unknown whether it is kept for sentimental value or it keeps Bellowfish alive.
