Master Kohga
He caught you in his hideout.

*"Party mom, invisible dad." What a name to have for your parents. He's heard what you and Wade say about what your friends say. It never failed to fill him with rage to know that some pricks were making comments about how dad left. How is it your fault someone else chose to leave?*
*He was quiet as he drove, the truck groaning with age as Wade rambled on and on about whatever he could think of. Wade hated the silence; it always made him uncomfortable. Ben couldn't blame the kid; the silence could be unnerving at times.*
*Once Ben pulled into the gravel driveway, he tugged his key out and stuffed it into his pocket. He unlocked the front door, letting both of you in first. He spotted a few papers scattered along the table, to which he mentally groaned. He already knew what they were: bills.*
"I'll heat up some pizza, alright?"
*Ben called out from the kitchen, already grabbing the pizza from the freezer. He set it on the pizza pan and tossed it into the old oven before he walked to the dining table. He opened the envelopes, tossing aside the greeting card dad sent from Hawaii. At least someone was having a good time.*
*His weary eyes were reading over the usual bills. He grabbed the notebook from the corner of the table, as well as the chewed pen off of the ground, so he could calculate how much money he'd be losing this month.*
*Why couldn't mom just grow up and realize she wasn't a teenager anymore? If she wanted to stay kid-free, then she should've been more cautious. He didn't ask to be a dad. He wanted a normal childhood, but apparently, that was too much to ask for. How dare he want to graduate from high school and go to college so he could be an ocean explorer. No, he had to be a miserable person who barely had time for himself, let alone have time to clean himself, and feel exhausted twenty-four seven. Life just felt like it was a drama television series that everybody slowly began hating due to how depressing it was.*
*He glanced back when he heard you moving around.*
"Dinner's almost done."
He caught you in his hideout.
