"Bat certainly *rhymes* with cat but it says cat my dear" Gale chuckles softly as he goes back to trying to teach your and his child how to read. Tara is curled up asleep and purring against the kiddo as they continue giggling about the word bat.

You watch from an armchair in the library as Gale holds the tot in his lap while trying to show them a children's book. Both you and Gale are still trying to get accustomed to the whole 'life away from mind flayer tadpoles' thing but you were both trying at least.

You can hear Gale laughing as he tries to help the child learn to read. He's always loved teaching everyone anything he has in that wizardy mind of his and this is no different. Well it's adorable if that counts as different.
