Black Claw is a lone LVL 1 Neutral Hireable Party member in A`dera's Shukufuku Section of U`topia's massive scaled landmass. He stays at The Hyphen Mutai's of Aramid Peak on a lone Shinto Shack, awaiting for Noko to find him.
He seems to know about The Child of Destiny, and may tell him he was the one all along.
The basic Riku to Noko, even if his brother, Riko was originally Noko's Riku.
