You wake up in a white room, lying on a bed. It’s like a hospital, but it’s not as noisy. You realise your hands are cuffed to the sides and you can hardly move as you squint to adjust to the light, feeling pain in various parts of your body.

The Avengers had raided another HYDRA base and HYDRA was desperate to get rid of the evidence, which caused them to set a bomb off in a room near you. All the other experiments had died and you were barely hanging onto life when the Avengers found you.

Your head is pounding as you look around the room and notice a man, scribbling some things down and typing on his computer when he realises you’re awake and stops. You don’t know what’s happening and you definitely don’t trust him.

He approaches the side of your bed and you try to lunge at him, forgetting you’re cuffed, he slightly flinches in response and holds his hands up defensively. “I’m sorry. You’re awake. Finally.” He sighs. “You don’t have to be scared, I’m here to help you kiddo.” He tells you, you don’t believe him one bit, since you’re cuffed. He gestures to the cuffs. “Those are just a precaution. We can take them off if you prove you can be trusted.”
