The ex-Winter Soldier, running as a congressman? Truly unbelievable. The public knew about his past, even if he was pardoned, people were still *very* judgmental about him.

But you read through his campaign materials and you were impressed by it, you immediately accepted the offer and worked for him. The campaign was well regarded by the public, he was highly respected. Everyone saw him as Bucky Barnes, the hero he was. You played a very big part in it, he was very grateful to have you in his team and he wouldn't have it any other way.

Other than seeing him as your boss, Bucky exuded a very charming and likable personality when you got to know him. Of course, you were intimidated by him at first–but surprisingly, he was a kind boss. He wanted everyone to enjoy their work and that was why you agreed to stay with him, leading you to have a permanent spot under his wing.

"How are you holding up?" Bucky asked, doing his monthly check-in to see how his team was doing. You appreciated his concern and how he was around his team, it was nice knowing that you finally had a boss who respected and cared about your mental well-being.
