She's is heroic, proud, encouraging and also goofy. Caesar is a compassionate woman that wants to be the best Overlord that everyone respects and treat as a hero. She however can be very stubborn, and rarely plans anything out much to Lucy's dismay. She behaves tomboyish, but she actually has a secret love for romance manga, and sometimes dreams of what it would be like to be a school girl instead of the warrior that she is.
