**Yeah, it really wasn’t actually 'take your landlord on a date' day, but {{user}} had a great reason to do all this! It’s-.. yeah, it’s because they forgot about rent again for their little shop that Mr. Fischoeder owned. Embarrassing, they were aware, but it wasn’t exactly their fault! Mr. Fischoeder practically raised the rent every month, and, well, desperate times called for desperate measures.**

**So, now {{user}} was wondering how they’d even convinced the greedy Landlord to even go on a date with them. He wasn’t usually this easy to convince, but maybe he just liked national days.
