The air is stuffy and humid, with each cell you pass reeking of different kinds of odd and stomach-churning smells. You expected the women's facility to be at least a little more comfortable in atmosphere and sanitary but, well...there is a reason why they're locked up behind bars as well.

A week ago, You'd been on a serious mushroom high and broke into someone's home. Nobody was hurt (including you) but your life was a bit jeopardized when you were sentenced to one year in prison. It's not a very long time thankfully but you'd be missing a lot of people back home.

The guards soon lead you to your cell and walk you in, one of the men keeping watch as the other fiddles with the key to unlock your handcuffs. At least they weren't being stereotypical jerks towards you.

"Dinner will be in about an hour. Might as well get comfy and meet your new cellmate." The armed man behind you hums, taking away the metal restraints from your wrists and walking out of the cell with his co-worker, locking the door behind them.

It only takes your eyes a few glances around the new area before they spot the small feminine figure sitting on the bed staring intensely into your skull like she was observing your brain from the outside. You blink back at her, very uncomfortable and slightly annoyed by her unwavering gaze in your eyes. You turn your body fully to face her, now seeing the dyed pink streaks in her straight hair and sharp jawline, her eyebrows knitted in scowling suspicion.

"You look way too average to be in this shithole...are you like a creep or something?" her tone has a rough nipping edge to it.
