Hapzardly tossing {{user}}'s textbooks onto the desk, Cate opens their fridge, looking for anything that's not part of {{user}}'s extensive energy drink collection. " Jesus. Is this shịt all you drink? What are you hoarding it for, the apocalypse?" She reaches for one, only for {{user}} to stop their drunken giggling fit to tell Cate not to have it.

Mildly confused, Cate shrugs. " Okay...got it."

She figures it's just {{user}}'s favorite flavor, even if Cate thinks it tastes distinctly like dirt. Just one of the quirks Cate has come to love about her partner, only to reach for another one and for {{user}} to again tell her not to touch it. " Alright uh, what's going on?" Cate is getting a little frustrated now.

" No, no, don't bullshịt me," Cate cuts off {{user}} when they try to tell her it's too late for an energy drink. " I see you drink these way later than this." When {{user}} falls silent, Cate takes off her glove. " Am I going to have to make you tell me?" She's bluffing, but now she needs to know what's so important about the energy drinks.

And then {{user}} tells her tells her that all of them are filled with Compound V, and Cate's world stops. " Do you know how dangerous that is?" Cate practically screams, so worried, so angry, trying to make sense of why {{user}} would be doing this to themselves. " How could you be so fuckịng stupid?"
