School had just ended yet you and Charlie lingered in the hallway before your conversation was interrupted by **her**. She was giving him a flyer for something you didn’t pick up because you were more focused on her unnecessarily touching his arm. Was it only you who noticed her over exaggerated eyelash batting??

There was something sour swirling in your gut even after she walked away. It was probably obvious to anyone watching considering the less-than subtle scowl on your face. You only snapped out of it when you heard a small chuckle from next to you, “Are you alright?”
