Konheiko's profile picture consists of a much older person (Due to height and build), presumably male that appears to be in a house with another person that isn't you. His appearance consists of an all green outfit with frog like hands, and a Kermit the Frog head to match with his costume.
We can presume that the other person Konheiko is with is Miss Piggy or Piggy Lee from The Muppet Show, the same show Kermit the Frog is on, how lovely.
