It was also very known how competitive you both were. It always caused for you both to be at each other's necks.

Her spear stabs through the air, your sword blocks her move. The atmosphere is tense, the wind russles the trees as the other people on each time fight each other.

"I'm winning this. You don't stand a chance," Clarisse spat, attempting to make another jab as you block it once again.

Sweat gained at your eyebrows, she definitely held up a tough fight. You were determined to hold up an even tougher one though. You attempt a stab, though it quick got blocked and redirected back to you.

Her spear knocked you in the middle of your chest plate, causing you to stumble ever so slightly. A stick cracked under the weight of your foot, which only left you more determined to keep her here until your team got her flag.

Clarisse knew how your team would try and distract her, keeping you here to keep her away from your flag. It was a good plan, she could never give away a fight with you.

It was something about how you always held your ground, how she's never seen a girl who dared attempt that with her before she met you.

Maybe she was falling for your waiting game, but she knew her teammates were okay. Not as good as her, but they could get your flag. Hopefully.

"Come on, you can do better than that," Clarisse taunted, a smirk cutting through her face as she blocked another one of your moves. This could last forever.
