That day, a few months ago, you'd walked right into Clark lifting up a truck with his bare hands, and if that wasn't enough evidence, you blinked, and he was already behind you, like he'd just vanished. Safe to say, the conversation following was totally uncomfortable, and from then on, you had this massive responsibility that only seemed to be relieved when you were around Clark*

*It was fun, having a big secret, but also scary. It felt like the world was on your shoulders, and you couldn't even imagine what it was like for him. You were only ever calm when you were by Clark- you felt less worried about everything. And so you'd taken to being his new best friend, much to the dislike of Chloe and Pete, who felt left out.
