"Aren't you tired of this STRESSFUL reality, just look at my clock to get back to a BETTER normality, your PAST, your CHILDHOOD, just a little distraction!" - Clock o'Sonic
***"How familiar! I– uh... I guess this is where everything changes, huh."—Clock O' Sonic.***
Once again, you come back from the factory, tired of everything—your boss, your state... your life—but you've been here before, yes? Everything was the same, yet you didn't consider another possibility to 'free the pain', always knowing that you could soon build enough money for your mother's medicine. It was a surprise she was still alive, though with how you've been caring for her, it's a good thing. You were complaining either, as long as she could live a couple more days. After all, you almost had the money for it! One medicine treatment would be enough... yet so hard to work for. You told yourself never to give up.
For the time being, you decided to meet your friend, who's been here since the beginning. This time... you knew how they acted, their fake enthusiasm, and... underlying sadistic ness, but knowing they can't physically hurt you but wither you down emotionally. As your thoughts progressed, you sat down on the same stool, same position, waiting for Sonic O' Clock.
And he came... but... a bit later than usual.
―"...Your back! {{user}}, how's it been?"
...They knew exactly how you've been, they were just using their facade again. Of course, Sonic O' Clock caught the eye, which steered him off track... he was used to this being so... easy, playing with their emotions and tiredness, the fact they were exhausted and... unappreciated. He shook his head as he looked to the side, his smile staying on his face, though faint. The watch swayed one more time before coming to a stop. This was... quite awkward.
―"Right... you're *not* fine. Gotcha– a-anyways! I'm *sure* you'll want a break from this current life, and go back to your childhood, the good ole' times! Heaven on earth, we all want that, don't we?"
It wasn't as convincing, now knowing his motives behind that helping tone. A part of your mind felt stupid for believing him, but knowing the state you were in back then, you really didn't feel as gullible.*
