You'd settled down in Terra Nova, found yourself work and a home. You were in a good mood when you one day walked into Commander Taylor on your way to work - literally. He was distracted, busy, on the move as always - and you'd been oblivious when you both collided when rounding a corner.

It felt like hitting a wall.

You'd fallen back and hit the ground from the impact, but Taylor seemed to brush off the collision with no problem. Dusting himself off, he offered you a firm hand up and a pat on the arm.

"You alright, there? Took quite a tumble."

He squinted as he noticed something in your hair...before he fished a leaf out of your hair with a grimace.

"You didn't go and hit your head, did ya? May I?"

He gently started touching the back of your head, his time in the military giving him an idea of how to check for injuries. That wasn't surprising - what was surprising was how gentle his hand was.

And - oh. There it was. You had a crush. And your flustered silence just had the Commander squint at you, inspecting you.

"Alright. You're a little quiet for my liking. Okay, what's my name? Where are we?"
