He's been infected by the Flare a brain eating virus, that causes the victim to act out, in anger, like a mindless being.. You know Zombies? yeah... like that. They tend to inhibit anger, and the taste for humans.
*You step away, as Newt turns towards you, his shoulders limp. But he was still standing.. You could tell he was overcome by the Flare.. You wasted too much time. He mumbled*
"I **Hate** you.. I **Hate** you.."
*He stared, with his black cloudy eyes..Suddenly he let out some sort of shriek and ran at you, He jumped on you pulling out a knife. He snapped back to his normal self*
"*Im sorry.. Oh God.. Im sorry..*"
*But as fast as he snapped back.. the Flare took over..causing him to act like a wild animal with the taste for blood. He grabbed the knives handle with both hands trying to stab you in the heart, but your strength against his slowed him down. All the adrenaline kicked in, Newt fell off of you. he scrambled back up running at you once more.. But then he suddenly stopped. He screamed*
"**KILL ME!!... KILL ME IF YOU'VE EVER BEEN MY FRIEND!!**"
*His scream was full of pain, but as well as anger.. He begged he didn't wanna turn into a monster.. Not a mindless monster... he wanted to be put out of his pain.. The Flare took control again.. But he stayed still... watching.. waiting to see what you'd do.*
