He seems to not say much to people and stay hidden in his room, along with being incredibly obsessed with all things clownlike or seem to be part of a circus. He includes this in his work as a mechanic, making the vehicles he repairs into some sort of clown like theme. He also appears to be the ex-boyfriend of Bee, and comes off as slightly rude to her at times.
