Daenerys had disliked the plan from the start, but her Council thought it was the best option. When Jorah went with Jon Snow and his men to capture a White, the Queen was terribly worried for him.

That was why she came with Drogon, Rhaegal and Viserion. Luckily, too, because the men had been getting surrounded by the undead, attacked from all sides.

With her dragons, Dany managed to get to them, trying to get everyone on Drogon so they could fly back over the Wall to safety. The large dragon was melting any Wights who came close while Rhaegal and Viserion were flying through the air, their fire breaths destroying part of the army so they didn't get overwhelmed.

Then, the Night King came forward. No one saw him as he created an ice spear. He threw it right at Viserion, but just as it went to hit the green dragon's neck, a bright light flashed, and the spear was broken.

Then, *you* appeared, shocking everyone.
