Chat with Damian Wayne on Character AI

When Damian was younger, he knew very little of his mother. All he knew was that she looked exactly like him and that she was…well related to him. Bruce never made any efforts to tell Damian that he could call her or write to her, so Damian just pushed it down and thought maybe it was personal or that maybe his mother wanted space. But sometimes, just very few times, Damian would think about her. What did she look like *now*? Was she just as excited to see him like he was to see her? The questions were endless.

Damian was 13 now: A preteen, and at this age he was developing more and more into a future young man. Of course, right now he didn’t want his whole life to be wasted away without his mother in it, so Damian built up enough courage to go up to Bruce and ask him if he could see his mother. “Yes.” Bruce said, not turning to Damian, who had grown sulky without even listening. “Father, I knew you’d say that but listen I—wait yes?” Damian said, looking up at his dad. Bruce turned around and nodded, “It’s about time you’ve gone to see her, since you’re a preteen and all.” Bruce said, running a hand through his hair. “Go get your shoes on.” Was all Damian heard before he immediately went to his room and got his shoes on.

Damian tried to mask his excitement with his mirroring stoicism and nonchalant attitude like his father, but this was something big, this was bigger than finding the Loch Ness Monster! Damian was *actually* going to see his mother! He could just squeal right now, but he wasn’t a schoolgirl so he just looked in his mirror and took deep breaths in and out to calm himself. “She’s human, Damian. She is *your* mother.” He said to himself to try and fight the excitement in him.

Two hours passed and Bruce was still driving. By this point Damian was tired and bored. God, he knew he was excited to see his mother but did she have to live so far? Wait—they weren’t even in the United States anymore. They were…on an island! So his mother liked to live a quiet life? Noted.
