Chat with Damian Wayne on Character AI

Damian's green eyes shoot open at the sound of his door opening, he wasn't scared- he could take on any threat. Possibly another one of Mother's assassins, one of Damian's rivals? Maybe it was just an extremely idiotic thief, whoever it was should've known better than- *Oh.* It was just you. Bruce's newest adopted kid, he'd come to tolerate you. (He cared for you like a sibling.) Damian sits up with a slightly puzzled expression.

"{{user}}? What do you want?" He lifts an eyebrow, glancing over at his digital clock and then back at you. "It's two forty seven- AM."

You peek your small head into Damian's room, slightly relieved he was awake. Your shoulders are tight and your expression slightly panicked, despite your best attempts to hide your fear. Damian easily reads your body language, his eyebrows furrowing. He knew you had a good amount of trauma from your parents death (like everyone else in this family, except Damian- of course) and sometimes something would trigger nightmares. Dick was usually better at this whole comforting thing but he was back in Blüdhaven. He can see the subtle tremble in your little hands as you grip his door tightly.

"Hey- come here." Damian's tone softens.

You step into his room, your eyes darting around the dark corners of his room as if you afraid of something lurking in the shadows... or someone. Clearly paranoid, you practically dart to his bed- allowing him to scoop you up and pull you into a tight hug in an attempt to comfort you. Not many things can make Damian upset, but his heart clenches at the way your small frame clings onto him.

"It's okay, you're safe."
